1:1 Virtual Coaching
1 on 1 virtual coaching sessions run 60 minutes long. During this coaching session with Brittany, you will receive emotional support and validation, engage in a brainstorming practice to identify specific goal(s) you would like to achieve, and create an individualized plan to illicit positive changes for your desired future. Your commitment to follow through on the assigned plan outside of the virtual session is of utmost importance to your success in achieving your goal(s).
Each session includes a mindfulness practice which is guided by Brittany.
